Katoa Po Night Relay (Sat 2nd)

Camping is available at the event, free of charge.
Space will be provided for all competitors to set up camp, along with space for "team" tents in the spectator area.
Toilets will be provided, and only a limited supply of drinking water, please bring enough for yourself for the night.

Hamilton (Sun 3rd to Wed 6th)

The organisers have sourced group accommodation at the attractive Narrows Park just south of Hamilton. In an ideal location for this part of the road trip, this includes the nights from Sunday 3rd through to Wednesday 6th (check out Thursday). Bookings for this accommodation need to be placed and paid for, before hand. These can be made through Kate Rea on kate.e.rea AT gmail.com

There is two types of accommodation, camping at $12 per night and beds in bunk rooms at $15 per night. The bunk rooms have several options, 8 single beds per room, 1 queen and 7 single beds per room, 1 queen and 2 single beds per room, 2 single beds room. People in beds must supply their own bedding and pillow cases.

Cooking facilities are limited.

Auckland (7th to 10th)

No organised accommodation after the 6th.
Parakai / Helensville is the recommended area for accommodation.
The Parakai Springs (Hot Pools) have a camping ground that includes a discount into the pools.
Various other possibilities are available in the area as well.

Payment Details for Accommodation in Hamilton

There are two options for payment for New Zealanders: either via online banking to the Northern Orienteering Team (account: ANZ, Albany Branch 01 – 0277 – 0122561 – 00 ) with ref WaiAccom and your last name somewhere, or by sending a cheque made out to Northern Orienteering Team to:
