Bruce McLeod Role: Controller Profile: Bruce comes out of retirement from time to time and still is able to compete at the highest level. He has a string of achievements and championships that need a whole page on their own to describe. Too modest to write about himself |
Bunny Rathbone Role: Planner Bannockburn Profile: Bunny Rathbone has been involved with Orienteering since joining the Dunedin Orienteering Club in 1978. She attended her first NZ Nationals at Awhitu in 1983 and was involved in helping during the Asia Pacific Championships at Naseby in 1984 and had her first overseas experience in Victoria, Australia during the World Championships in 1985. Planning local events for the Club and coaching for the South Island were consequently undertaken. Planning and controlling for South Island and National events followed and travelling to compete in major overseas events now occurs every year, either in Australia or Europe. Her best results Nationally were first in sprint, middle plus long distance in the Hawkes Bay, 2005 and in World Masters, a first in W65 in 2000 at Feilding and third in W70 in 2009 at Lithgow, New South Wales. |

Pat Ehrhardt Role: Organiser Profile: One of the founding members, and a life member, of Dunedin Orienteering Club. Has orienteered slowly but with enjoyment and acumen for over 30 years and in many parts of the world, and has at one time or another taken most of the roles in orienteering, most recently organiser for the South Island Champs. |
Myles Thayer Role: Controller Relays Profile: Myles is one of the more dedicated club members filling admin roles on the National Council as well as most local committee positions including four years as president. A grade controller with an encyclopaedic knowledge of the technical aspects of orienteering. Still puts in good times when not injured |

Nick Phillips Role: Computer co-ordinator Profile: Nick takes part in many sports as well as orienteering and you will also find him at shooting and rowing events |
Nick Mortimer Role: Relay Planner Profile: Nick is a geologist who has been orienteering since 1999. He was a planner at the 2008 Long Distance Otago Champs (Naseby), 2008 Otago Club Relays (Island Park), the entire 2006 Otago Champs-SI Challenge weekend (Naseby) and the 2004 SI Challenge (Matarae). |

Tane Cambridge Role: Planner sprint Profile: After being convinced that he will never win the sprint, Tane agreed to forgo glory on home soil and plan the sprint distance at Roxburgh. One of NZ's top elites over the last year. |

Barrie Foote Role: Planner Long Profile: Barrie has been around orienteering for as almost as long as the club itself, and has controlled many big events. This time, the chance to plan on a map that is easily accessible by mountainbike was a too good an opportunity to resist. |
Brian Buschl Role: Co-ordinator Profile: After a taste of an organising the Oceania middle distance and the South Island champs in 2009, Brian will co-ordinate the 2010 NZ champs. Keen orienteer since 2001. |
