PLEASE NOTE: The entry fee for event two was reduced on 20 Jan 2008 due to the forest felling and format change.
Version one copies of the entry form, as handed out at Oceania, now have out of date details. Please use the following table to work out your entry cost or download the latest entry form. If you have already paid, you will receive a refund.
Casual entries:
Casual entries were accepted for all events. Such entrants started after official starters.
For those not enamoured with being a team, casual entries might particularly appeal for the 6 relay courses: ML1, ML2, ML3, MS1, MS2, and MS3. Entrants will start with or after the last mass start.
Please include a comment on your entry form to enter as a casual entry.
If there are spare maps on the day, casual entries will be also be accepted on the day of any event.
Closing Date for Entries:
Closing date for the organisers to receive entries was 11:00pm Thursday 26th March 2009.
Later entries will be accepted at the Controller’s discretion and will be deemed to be unofficial entries at the Controller’s discretion.
The start draw will be completed within 48 hours of closing date. Any entries received after the start draw will be unofficial.
Payments
There are three payment methods available. All must include the required reference of "Nats09" "Surname", "SI number".
- Direct transfer payments: BNZ Remuera, 02 0256 0118504 000 (Preferred option)
- Cheques payable to: Auckland Orienteering Club
- PayPal and Credit cards - Visa, Mastercard, American Express. (Fees incurred by club)

Failure to include the reference will delay your entry and the entry may not be accepted.
NZOF Event Levy
Competitors who are not members of a NZ Club or an IOF member organisation must pay, with their entry, a one-event registration fee of $9.00 per senior, $5.50 per junior, or $23.50 per family, for each day.
Timing
Sport Ident electronic timing was used. You must use an E-card, hired or your own.
